Tom Hollowood

Senior Pastor

Pastor Tom Hollowood has a passion for helping people grow to glorify God. Having been raised in a pastor’s home, he was able to see early on the amazing change in people’s lives as they surrendered themselves to Jesus Christ. Pastor Tom prepared for ministry, graduating from college with a 4 year degree in Pastoral Theology, and began his first position as an assistant pastor at the age of 22. His experience includes being a youth pastor that saw many teenagers called into Christian ministry, helping start a successful Christian school, and being part of seeing churches grow. Eight years ago he and his wife Amber sensed God calling them to the ministry of First Baptist Church in Albion and in 2007 answered that call by moving their family to Michigan. The Hollowood’s have three beautiful girls: Averie, Paiton, and Maggie and love spending time together and ministering to people. Pastor Tom has a Master of Ministry degree and is currently working on a Master of Divinity degree. He has had the opportunity to speak at several conferences, including internationally. He enjoys reading, watching sports, coaching in Albion’s youth soccer program, and spending time with friends and family. The deacons play an important role at FBC Albion. I am privileged to work with such a wonderful group of men and together, with them, serve a body that is growing in Christ.
