“The senior class at Ethnos 360 Bible Institute has had the privilege to devote these past two years to studying The Word of God. As we contemplated the legacy we would leave the class, we were struck by the fact that there are countless millions of people
who have no access to The Word of God in their language.”- Ethnos 360 Bible Institute Senior Class
Supporting Bible Translation for the Wabuku Tribe, Papua New Guinea
Help support the senior class at EBI reach their goal of raising $10,000 to go towards translating the Bible into the language of the Wabuku people in Papua New Guinea!
Lisa Kappeler and her team have been working in Wabuku, Papua New Guinea pioneering the Uriay (pronounced OO-de-eye) Bible Translation diligently for decades amidst transition. Lisa now has new co-workers who are beginning the language learning process in order to continue teaching the people the gospel.
The Senior class of Ethnos 360 Bible Institute has a goal of $10,000. They would like to raise this so that Lisa and the team can continue to translate and teach with fewer financial worries. The New Testament is about 46% complete! It takes approximately four hours of work and $35 dollars to translate a single verse.
$10,000 would enable about 285 Bible verses to be translated.
How can YOU be apart of this bible translation process?
Ethnos 360 Bible Institute invites you to join them at the school for a concert put on by the students! Tickets cost $8.00 at the door! Throughout the night, there will be multiples ways to give towards Project Wabuku!
Please be praying for the Ethnos 360 team over in PNG and for the Wabuku people!
