Due to recent circumstances surrounding the outbreak and spread of the coronavirus, we have decided to postpone our Wayumi Date Night!
Help support the Youth Group as they prepare for their Mission Trip!
This summer the youth group is taking a missions trip to Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania where they will spend an entire week learning about God’s love for the world and how they can be involved in missions. For one student to attend the Wayumi Expedition, it costs around $250 dollars. Our goal in hosting this dinner is to raise enough funds to significantly lower each students’ cost, which will allow more students to go on the Wayumi Missions trip.
So please join us at First Baptist Church Saturday, March 21st for a candlelight dinner hosted by the Youth Group! There will be great food, great service provided by the youth group, and a further explanation of what Wayumi Expedition is all about!
Tickets cost $8.00 per person. You can purchase your ticket ahead of time from our church secretary or at the door. There will also be multiple ways to donate to the Wayumi trip throughout the evening.
All are welcome at the event! Bring your spouse, your friend, or your neighbor! Childcare will be provided for those who need it.
