Worship June 21st 10am

Hello Church,

We wanted to give you an update concerning our Sunday worship plans this weekend. We have been watching the weather forecast and as of now there is a chance of rain Sunday morning. In light of that, we have set in place Plan B for gathered worship that includes use of all our protocols, your lawn chair and the Family Life Center. God has blessed us with a large gym that will allow us to continue to spread out and set up your own lawn chairs accordingly. In the case we have rain, our plan is to shift inside for our 10am worship service. We are looking forward to Sunday which will again include Kids Church.

Just in case we do meet in the gym please be aware of a few things. We still take our protocols very seriously. Each door entering the Family Life Center will be held open. Our desire is to restrict shared contact points. It is also essential that we review our other protocols listed below and continue to help one another be safe as we gather together. Thank you so much for your follow through and we look forward to a great morning of worship.

We are also committed to providing those at home with a Live-stream of the service. Our LIVE- Stream on Sunday will begin at 10a.m. at www.fbcalbion.com – It will be Live so please do not be caught off guard by assuming you can start watching at some other time.

FBC Gathering Protocols:

1.       Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.  Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus.

2.       6-foot social distancing and reduced contact points.

Bring your own lawn chair
We will use an offering box rather than pass a basket

3.       Masks are optional, and if it makes you feel more comfortable please wear one.

4.       Follow directions for parking and seating.

5.       Help make this a Corona-free zone: We don’t desire to have it, spread it, talk about it, or discuss the politics surrounding it as we focus on worship and Jesus Christ.

We love each one of you and are praying for God to continue to help us to grow in His wisdom and grace. May God bless you this weekend!
